Types of services provided

We have engineers at the counter to check the problem and if it is a minor issue, they will fix it on the spot (exclude extended hours on Wednesday and Saturday). Otherwise, it will be logged in for in-house repair with further diagnosis. You could also send in your system without testing (verification) to be done on the spot. When you arrive at the service centre, pick a Q ticket. The last Q ticket for repair will be issued 1 hour before the Service Centre closing time for normal business hours (exclude extended hours on Wednesday and Saturday).

There are 2 queues to choose from namely :

1. Repair (with verification)
2. Collection / Purchase / Send in without verification
